Hardcopies should be available any day now. I know that they have been distributed to a few agencies already.

I have been reading the new regs. My wife will be hunting in Washington this year so I was looking for special draws to have her apply for. Every time I think WDFW can not make things any more complicated they step up to the plate and prove me wrong. If this keeps up I am going to have to get  a lawyer to translate them regs to me so I know what I can and can not do.
