It seems that they are slowly taking the archery hunts away or reducing the amount of tags given.  Nooksack Archery elk hunt is only 2 tags, probably has something to do with the Hwy 20 slaughter, and all the wounded bulls from the special bull tag hunts last year.  Says right in there Q/A section on the WDFW.com that the new changes to regs and hunts are to generate more revenue to acquire more land, this state is getting pretty rediculously expensive for the limited opportunitys.....
