I have a Jim Zumbo cook book.  Just thought i would ask if anyone has one and if they use it and what they think of some ot the recipies.

I have one and think the recipies we have tried have been fantastic.

I have the cookbook on venison and it's so so.  There are good ones and bad, just like any cookbook I guess.  I do think there are tons of chili and stew recipes which are no brainers.  How many variations do we need?
