With the current downward trend in our stock market, this is creating great volatility and purchasing in the bond market… Mortgage rates have dropped back in to the high 4’s on 30 year fixed rate Conventional and FHA / VA loans! Also, 15 year conventional and FHA / VA loans are in the low 4’s! If you know ANYONE looking to purchase or refinance, I suggest the act NOW!
