running 2-3 miles a day on the treadmill, weights and 125 crunches, 3-5 times per week (depending on my work schedule). $#@!^ shin splints are killin' me!

Rode 12 miles this am and ran THE HILL...I hurt.

Because I am in the Army, I HAVE to run to pass the bi-yearly test. And I am not one of those guys that can just run a couple of weeks before the test and get away with it. If I don't run 3-5 times a week, I am screwed. I can retire in another year, then running can go to hell, and I will switch to the eliptical...
