What gun?  I've got an extra for a Benelli.

Where are you going?  If you going to NE Wa, Spokane has many outdoor stores ... also Clark's All Sports in Colville.  Do a websearch and make some calls.

Suggest that you pattern your shotgun anytime you install a new or old choke to know what your effective range is and to ensure that your pattern is fairly even with no "holes" in the pattern.  :twocents:

Stop worrying about having a turkey choke this late in the game. Hell man, you know how many birds been layed low with a full or even modified choke...more than you can count. Just take the gun you have AND KNOW and go hunting, you'll be just fine.

regardless of whether you get a new choke or use an old one...please pattern it so you're not wounding birds...kinda like sighting in a rifle for deer season.
I'd be willing to bet that most guys shooting shotguns don't pattern them, don't know if they shoot low/high/left/right...

you're pointing though, not aiming and it only takes a couple BB's to break clay...

I've had to make adjustments with my turkey gun because it shoots left and low. If I didn't shoot it before-hand I would have been wounding birds or missing all together.

It's also kind of important to remember it's not always a problem with the choke. My choke works sweet...punches giant holes in paper at 15-20 yards...but they're low and left. If I aim right at the tip of the turkey's beak, I will smoke him DRT but I don't like to compensate like that. I'd rather aim where I want to hit.
Front and rear rifle sights worked fine for me...also the foam pads you can use to raise/lower the cheek well will also help this. With a shotgun it seems to be a line of sight issue sometimes since there is no sight alignment method without a rear point of reference...like a rear V rifle sight or a peep on a bow.
