Market Update

Mortgage rates are absolutely phenomenal right now!!  If you or anyone you know is looking to refinance or purchase, I HIGHLY suggest they act now and don’t miss out on these rates!!  

As of 11:15 am May 14th, 2010 rates are as follows:

30 Year Fixed Conventional Rates – 4.875% - APR – 5.09% based on a $250,000 loan amount
15 Year Fixed Conventional Rates – 4.25% - APR -  4.46% based on a $250,000 loan amount

they are crazy low. unfortunately I am stuck as the 20% I put down on my house at the peak might get me into PMI troubles now.
