Looks better than the very long legged, skinny 'yote that ran up on me in Redmond last night..(actually had 3 run at me in Redmond this week)

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG,  BUT IT'S NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A LICENSE TOO SHOOT COYOTES IN WYOMING,  RIGHT?  OR IS THAT IN MONTANA?  OR BOTH?
