Advice - P99

Anyone own, have owned, or shot a Walther P99?  If so, I'd like to get your opinion on it.  I'm contemplating getting one in a 40 S&W.

I think they are a high quality firearm and they shoot well, I have shot them but I don't own one. I do have the Walther P22 and its a really good piece also. I think for the price they are a good value also.
