correct! but how do i know where to scout between now and then. if i knew i drew i could start now and have cameras up while I'm in china,

Easy just go in on the purchase application side and check em, they are all up there, everyone of em say "draw not run yet" under result   sorry couldnt resist

I say they do the draw on the 24th, then re-do it on the 25th.
