Planning to do the "points only" thing for Wyoming this year, and I know it opens up soon. Anyone know when? I hopped over to their website for a few minutes, but couldn't find anything on the subject. Then my ADHD kicked in, so I thought I'd just ask here...

Yeah, I drew Montana, and I am in for Oregon and about a million things here in WA, so I figured it would just be best to buy points in WY. THanks for the input.
