,,,In a long time..I don't have the money or the time from work to take an out-of-state trip this year, plus having open heart surgery in Feb. the boss lady said to stay close to home...Oh well,, at least I get to go

Fletch,, I'm thinking of hunting the Mashel unit..I've see quite a few elk up there, plus its close to home..

I am not familiar with that unit
...is that the west side? I am a born and bread east sider so I havent a clue about most units west of the crest...Its always fun to dive into something new or get back into something you have enjoyed in the past...best of luck!
