i don't know if i would say most are i know 5 units that are east side that i apply for or hunt in now, and only one is any elk the others are cow only or cow and spike if you don't draw a special tag.

Got back late last night and had a great 4 days of scouting.
Wall tent is awesome and weather was perfect.
Saw ELK, Deer and all kinds of critters.
Gonna go back again the first week of august.
