Never hunted there, but was hoping to if I had gotten drawn; which I didn't I did look over the area closely using Google Earth; just type in Fort Peck and pan around from there to get a great bird's eye view of the Breaks and surrounding areas. You can also buy a Montana Topo Atlas, either online or at some of the larger book stores. Lots of private land in the area. If it rains, be prepared to stay wherever your rig is until it drys out as the gumbo is terrible! My advice to you is just spend a little time surfing the internet about hunting in that area; there's lots of info out there, including on the MT Fish and Wildlife website. Good luck, you lucky dog!
