Even if you are always in shape, and you decide to start training for an event (marathon, fight, sheep hunt, etc...), then 3 months will increase your cardio vascular and muscular endurance significantly.

Ran 3 miles yesterday and 2 miles this morning....when the hell did my knees start going bad....
Montana's not too shabby eh Calib? I have never used the Chondroiten/Glucosamine..BUT...I have given it to my dog and I can tell the difference like Night and Day when he is off or on it....
