Remote predator call
« on: March 08, 2008, 11:29:20 PM »
I am looking for a predator call with a remote that will reach out 100 to 200+ yds.  Do any of y'all know of or have had experience with a decent one for around $200 or so?
Thanks

My first question would be "what are you trying to call".

The remote distance and price you mentioned kind of limit your options but I think the Johnny Stewart PM-4 Wireless Preymaster fits the bill.

Cabelas has it in stock for $199.99

Allpredatorcalls has it listed at $189.95 with some extra cards, but the are currently out of stock.

Great info Billy

JS sounds are some of the best in the business, If the PM-4 would have come out befor I upgraded to the Minaska I would be using it as the call I had befor was a regular PM with an Azdern remote conversion (way too complicated) but it called dogs.

The PM speaker always sounded a little tinny to me so I made a camo cover for mine that muted the vibration some folks just wrap it with duct tape or sport tape and spray paint it.

AWS
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Make mine a Minaska

Go to the Foxpro site and look at the Forum, way at the bottom is a list of Foxpro refurbished callers for sale, there are some good deals. They also have a section where just folks sell stuff.

I think you can paste this into your search bar.
