Eastside Archery Elk Camp Wanted
« on: August 05, 2010, 04:07:28 PM »
Both of my hunting partners just told me today that they can't get time off for hunting. I'm looking for a hunting camp, just a place to set up my tent, and to make sure I'm back after dark. I've been drawn for Peaches Ridge four times so i know the area. I usually camp up Quartz Mtn. Rd.  I'll be after a cow or a spike. I don't like hunting alone just in case something does happen and it limits me how far I can hike off road.

Thanks,  Jim

I feel your pain. I drew an elk tag for Sept. 20th to 24th. I have a buddy from work taking 2 days off for the hunt but by my self the rest of the time.

What area did you draw your elk tag for? My hunting partner and I live for elk hunting and don't mind helping out if you are close, sounds like you have the rifle sept. tag and if it's in an area we know than that would be perfect. Let me know.
“In common with”..... not so much!!
