open a photobucket account and load the pics to that. It will resize them for you.

Where do you find "Photobucket"? I'm having the same problem.

I have windows XP and there's a real easy way to do it.  Move your mouse over the file and right click on it.  A list of options comes up and select "Send To" and then "Mail Recipient".  It then gives you the option to select make your pictures smaller.  Then email them to yourself.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

i have vista and the easiest way i found is to open the pic in windows photo gallery click the "email" button on the top ribbon, then it will ask what size you want to make it, then an email dialog window opens. right click on the file name (yaddayaddayadd.jpeg) select open, this will open a new photo gallery window with the resized pic, right click on the pic select copy then right click on the desktop select paste and it will be on your desktop in the new size format.

if ya have any questions shoot me a pm

Better yet open up in microsoft paint click on image then a resize window opens up and all you do is change from 100 percent to say 50 or 40. Save as a different name so it does not wipe out the original high quality file!

If you're running XP like me there is a Microsoft powertoy on their site called image resizer that you just right click on any image and it gives you the option to make a copy any size you would like with the most common (800x600, 640x480, etc) as presets.  I don't know if it works with the more current operating systems though.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

ImageResizer.exe is what you want to install
