Took the boat out on the Columbia Monday...my future son-in-law caught one.  A good day.

nice fish!  but man, what's with leaving the warranty card wrapped on the butt of the rod?  not the first time i've seen that.
you can still get gas in heaven, and a drink in kingdom come,
in the meantime, i'll be cleaning my gun

Bought it 2 days before, and then the day after got a new reel for it.  Then got ready to go fishing the next day......and it was dark when I left for the Columbia and I didn't see the card......will that work....lol. :chuckle:

A couple of nice fish there but that second one looks pre-smoked!
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

Nice fish!  Love the foam cutlass coming at you from the edge of the first pic  :chuckle:
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

It was actually bright when I caught it then it darkened up.  The meat though ended up nicer that the first chrome fish.

They always darken up a bit in the cooler.

Nice looking fish. What would be cool is to have a cigarette in the fishes mouth also! :chuckle:

Never though about it but might have to get a picture like that :chuckle:  Didn't want to touch the cigar to take it out, for some odd reason vanilla tobaco and salmon blood don't go real well together, too bad.
