If only he had been a 30 incher....

I got to within easy kill range of 7 legal bucks.  None of which I wanted to tag.  This was the smallest of the legal bucks.  He was with two 2 points.   I sat for 20 minutes watching the two point rip appart a fir.  It would have been fun to really film instead point and shoot.  Didn't matter, as it was pouring rain for most of it.  When it cleared enough I took this pic.  THey were where I wanted to be so I slipped by them to get to a bigger buck down the ridge.  He was tight and tall but had mass.  Still not big enough to put the drop on.

Looks like fun, I'm headed out Monday. Is this your spot from last year? Your an animal if your making that trip multiple times.
