Ice fishing
« on: September 19, 2010, 09:59:56 AM »
so how many of you guy's ice fish in WA? what kind of gear would I have to get? I know the abviouse auger and one of those little micro lite rods, but when it's that cold do you use bait or jigs or plastis worms? would anyone be interested in teaching a rooki later this winter? I live on the wet side but will drive to the east side.

Turkey give me a call sometime can get you filled in on quite a few things. Wether you are fishing for the trout on the east side or the panfish.  253-720-9979

Is the taste of the bait worth the sting of the hook twice?

If it's smok'in it's cook'in. If it's black it's done.

I ice fish pretty much any winter that we have good ice.  Never got out last year.  It's a lot of fun.  I fish on Sprague, Hog Lake and 4th of July Lake.
