Great weekend on the Eastside. My son filled his damage tag first thing in the AM. We then took him grouse hunting he got a couple plus, a duck. We saw big horn sheep, 3 bear..Very cute, too! I didnt fill my muzzy tag but, we saw a lot of 2's one 3 that did get shot. Caught some trout The younger boy stayed home with Grandpa and went salmon fishing..he caught a nice silver. Perfect weekend:)

Congrats on a fine day of hunting. Good on you gettin the young ones out.
Ya might want to brush up on your ethics while with the kids. Ducks are not open for hunting and there are restrictions on which firearms and ammo you can use.

Brush up on Ethics?
Maybe you should "READ" YOUTH HUNT.....they are open. We are ethical and before you go saying such...educate yourself. We brought steel black clouds(12 gauge)! Really?? We own labs and hunt on a regular basis!! Geesh!

We were over East on that hunt and haven't made it out yet to scout. We have seen a lot in the Snohomish area. The weather has been pretty nice but, I really haven't noticed a lot of duck yet.
But, we have some dogs that are in need of a good hunt! lol.
