To clarify any confusion, coincidently the scores of both Agnew bulls in Washington and Arizona were virtually identical.

I think we all do. Lucky son of a gun. If I had his money I'd be doing the same thing.

Dan has shot a lot of nice bulls. I think it's time for Dan to switch to Archery.  I would suggest recurve or Long Bow for his future hunts to bring back the thrill and adrenaline factor........just sayin' Dan

give me whatever crap you will but i bought and watched the first san carlos elk hunting video and would not consider that really elk hunting but shooting the first bull that the hunter thinks reaches his own personal inches mark. was also duck hunting up there and stopped at the office that had his bull mounted there that he killed a few years back, cant remeber the score but watched the hunt and really turned me off on trophy hunting, watching some of the bulls pass that any sane hunter would shoot. call me a basher if u will but watch the video first and you will see what i mean.

 :iamwithstupid: :yeah:

1. If I were filthy wealthy, I would hire good guides, too
2. I am glad that rich people put money into hunting--helps us all out
3. I'm not jealous... ok maybe a little

Those being said, I don't fall out of my chair with respect for this 'hunters' accomplishments.  Anyone with a bunch of money and the ability to put a shot 100 yards down range could be in those photos. I say 100 yards and not 300 yards without knowing anything about the story because it seems as though most of his kills are around the rut. Scoped, high powered rifles in the rut... Seriously?  When I crawl through dirt and weeds, weezing like a dog so I can get within bow range, I am more proud of an animal that happens to score a little less than one shot with a rifle that I hunted during the rut.--not to mention having 10+ guides and asisstants to help. Enjoy your mount, Mr. Agnew.

i personally appreciate mebco09s $600 330ish idaho bull a heck of alot more than any of agnews 60,000 400 plus inch bulls he has taken, whether it has been on public or private land hunts even though i appreciate where i hope the govenor tag fees go to. im no trophy hunter but i personally think that raffle type tags should not be allowed in the record books.
