Thanks guys. We are still pretty tickled about 2 bucks on the pole. The plan is to butcher my buck on monday, and let dad's hang until thurs.

On our way out to meet up with dad to recover his deer, we jumped 2 more deer which the last one was a buck.

Bobcat,

My dad was hunting one of his timber land gates on the Oly peninsula. He was working the logging road, glassing the cuts that butted up to reprod. He had seen 3 does, a spike buck he passed on, and a 3 point bull earlier in the week. He went back later in the week and was just about done with his look when he spotted him feeding on some salmon berry leaves at about 20 yards. Boom. Gave me the call, and the family brought the wheel barrow to help in the 1 1/2 walk to the truck. Funny thing was on the way in to get the buck the family and I jumped a buck and a doe. My wife needs to take her hunter safety course.
