Sweet!! Nice Job. What are the details??
He would only give me a texas bullseye shot but turned just alittle as I squeezed off and I took out five ribs with that shot.  Then he ran 800 yards right back to where we jumped him in the first place.  At the time we did'nt know where he went, we lost sight of him as he dropped down into a draw. Keep in mind this is all happening on private wheat land for which I had premission. Any way back to his disapearance.  The draw he went into lead right across the main road down into real thick bunch grass.  We went back to the farm and made a plan and to give him time to stiffen up.  We went back to where we thought he went and no luck.  So we went back to where we jumped him and split up.  I was walking through this little pease of waist land and came up on a old water tank laying on it's side.  I got within ten feet of it a peeked around the corner and there he was in the tank peeking out at me.  I had my gun on my shoulder and as I tried to draw it up he came flying out at me.  I put the tank between us and lost sight of him.  As I came around the tank there he was standing brod side at about 20 yards.  I boylar roomed him and he went ass over teakettle. Great hunt and a even better story. Can't wait for next year...lol
