Gentlemen and Ladies.
I have a question and I hope someone can help me with it. I am looking to get a Scout type rifle and dont have the big bucks so a Steyr Scout is out of the question.
Here is my quandry and I hope someone here can help me. I am looking at the Ruger Frontier rifle or the Ruger Hawkeye in .308. The Frontier has the scope mount forward of the action and the Hawkeye has the scope mount above the action. Anyone with experience or an opinion about these rifles will be greatly appreciated.
