those are some great pics. I just saw a flock of about 150-200 specs go over my building as i got to work, a GREAT sound to wake up to.

so yesterday it was storming pretty good in Auburn and I saw this flock of specs (love the way they sound) flying NORTH over me. Today I saw what appeared to be an identical sized flock, at the same time of day (about 8:10am) in Auburn flying SOUTH over me. LOL.


hmmmmm.......  :rolleyes: same group? just a little confused on where to go?  :chuckle:

I was thinking so, when I was in Missouri on a spring snow goose hunt we got nailed by a 'flash blizzard' the day after I arrived. It backed up the geese that had already flown north, and stopped up the geese in route. we had 1.8 million geese counted on squaw creek wildlife refuge at that time. I was hunting literally just a couple miles away.

there are a lot more blues in MO.
