north/johns river

Well, missed out the general season. I am intending on hunting the johns river / north river area, for late blacktail. I have hunted this area many times. I am intending on taking a day off. Hunting the morning and afternoon and clamming (razor) in the evening. Did anybody hunt this area this? If so, how did it look?
