thats not fair man... the pink that is in that can prolly sat in the bottom of a fish hold for ever whole ungutted and taste like dog crap but imo if you bleed them and ice them right away the taste absolutely fine. I know im probably going to get blasted for being a lowlife pink eater but hey i think theyre pretty good

Didn't say I didn't like it...just giving him a quick opportunity to try some.  I've taken them in rivers and they were fine...obviously not sockeye, but good if taken care of as bowtech says.

I do not eat Sheep brains or pig feet either.....  But some people do...

Actually had some friends they would catch alot of the fresh pinks in Valdez and smoke them to give as gifts to lower 48 families and keep the reds/silvers for their own consumption....
