Ft Lewis hunting?

has anyone hunted ftlewis for blacktail? i was wondering the rules and laws if you could late mod hunt blacktail?  know people do hunt on base i was just wondering if its any good and how you go about doing that and where exactly on base you can hunt? i gota boy who is attached to ft Lewis and I'm still active navy just wondering if anyone has or knows how to hunt on ft ;lewis.... thanks  :hunter:

You need to go out to the Northwest Adventure Center on North Fort, and regester first.. They can fill you in on the rest..

once you register do you get the go ahead rite away or do you have to wait

After you get everything reg. you need to call into the area you would like to hunt..If the area is opened your in,,if nnot have a back up area..They can fill you in on all that..

hunting on the base .is a tough hunt they have done so much in manovers over the past 10 plus years. that the deer will lay right there and let you walk past them.
