hunting the pugit sound (saltwater)
« on: November 05, 2010, 01:13:48 PM »
so living here i know a few places that are public land. that may hold ducks, geeses, but mostly on the pugit sound on the salt water, what are the rules about that.  i have read over the reg and read over them looked for anything about it but nothing, that i see at least.  can anyone inform me on thies rules, i wont be stupid and shoot toward a house across the bay or anything of that nature, that is just common sense.  ill relook it over just to make sure, again.

oww and by the way, ducks and geese seem to be moving well in the kitsap/mason county area atm, seen 2 big flocks of canadan geese, and a monster flock of ducks in the past few days

you spelled puget wrong  :P

regs discuss anchor requirements, contact local authorities for shoot laws. they aren't helpful though. CG I believe has jurisdiction.
