can someone recoomend me a good quality shotgun scope for under $100. i am under a teenager budget lol

No, not for under 100.  Just use the sight or bead.  You should be OK out to 75 yards.

for 200 you can let a Leupold Rifleman Shotgun 2x7, can't beat it.
