The best GMU to draw a special permit?
« on: November 16, 2010, 12:15:05 PM »
I don't care how far I have to drive or how much work I have to do to get the trophy bull of a life time.  What's the best unit to start putting my points into to make it happen?  Not wanting any honey holes.  Just a GMU that has the biggest best bulls and lots of them.

You may never draw.  Might as well start applying for NM or AZ.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Colokum isn't a GMU, but I do hear of a lot of nice bulls taken from that area so thanks for the reply.  I may never get drawn for a special permit but I am still going to put in and try. Who knows, maybe when I turn 90.  I am only 33 and have several years in so you never know.

Is Peaches ridge in Teanaway 336 or Taneum 346? Which GMU is Colokum in?
