Ebey Island...Waste of time?

I've been out to ebey island in the evening a few times in the last couple weeks and I can honestly say I haven't seen jack! I'm obviously wasting my time. Does this area ever get good or is it just one of those flood areas that can't be managed?

I’d like to shoot those mallards that are always under the High Way 2 overpass.  Other than those birds I don’t see many.

go to spencer if you like shooting birds that still have toilet paper stuck in their beaks because they spend all their time in the poo pond aka the waste water holding ponds. I'll pass... been there done that.
