Cherry Smoked Turkey

Hello

Today I did a 12 pound turkey for my BIL one of several I will do for the holiday I just thawed it out rinced it and threw it on the smoker with cherry wood at a temp of 300-350 smoked it until it reached a temp of 170 here is a pic


happyness is a full smoker
