The ones here at my work in Moses Lake are at biggest 1.75 or 2 inches. Our plant is the only place I have seen them. Are they native to Washington or did these hitch a ride from somewhere on our raw materials? Just something I have always wondered. We have done the same thing, put them in a glass enclosure and have gladiator battles. They make short work of black widows, ants and other insects, but have no chance against a Mantis.
