I know hunting here in unit 272 (beezly) I was lucky enough to fill my tag and my second anterless tag on public land. I'm pretty happy with that because in this unit I would guess 80 to 90% of the animals harvested are from private property during the general rifle season. That might be inflated a bit but probably not much. I would be very interested to know what the actual stats would be on this subject for this unit since most of it is tied up in private property.

Not really a random sample, but what do you think of the results so far about 2/3 harvest on public land. Honestly, I would have thought more would have come from private land.
