It's always nice seeing that some of the bulls made it through hunting season...... unless you didn't get one.  :chuckle:

Great job! I would take and blow them up and you can shoot them all summer  ;)

Ive been told that if you can find them in the wood is a great day. So don"t feel bad. Your freezer will be full if you can find them. :bash:

I think it woudl be a great day in the woods to see that many quality animals.

I was thinking the same thing - eating a tag is always easier when you get to see animals and get in the mix.  For me, spending time with that many bulls might even taste better than punching a cow tag, but that's just  me.

I think its important to remember that the hunt is what we are out there for. Sure it would have been nice to shoot any of those bulls but you had an experience and a story to tell. there are plenty of units that give the opportunity at a bull. I don't believe you can be to upset when hunting a anterless only unit, I mean it sounds like the elk were there and the hunt was eventfull. I drew a Margret cow tag and had more bulls and nice bulls in range than cows. But definitely a hunt I will tell my boys about. Remember why we hunt its for the hunt, That's why its not called killing.
Remember that buck is climbing that Mt. every day!
