Blue Cheese/Bacon Tenderloin

Slice a tenderloin lengthwise, just to open it up... stuff it with fresh, blue cheese... Wrap the whole thing in Bacon... Grill it till the bacon is nice and crispy....

no Pics... Sorry!  Maybe soon, i have a couple tenderloins that are waiting on me....

Made some tonight outta of moose it was amazing thanks for the idea. Grilled some blacktail brats with it too. man it was great

Oh man that looks good... i am going to pick up some blue cheese tonight....I've got plenty of elk and a new pack of some thick sliced pepper bacon...  Gonna spend the evening grinding and stuffing some bratwurst too!!!
