Thought would be cool to see peoples picks of one type of wildlife with another.

Deer and Elk

09 Archery, opening morning had a choice to make, P&Y bull or muley bucks... ended up blowing a stalk on the bigger buck. :bash:

Unfotunately my deer and eagles story this year is this:  Driving up a road, see what my buddy at first thought were turkeys, then we stop to look, one flies up and is clearly an eagle, hop out to see what they are eating on, walking over the second flies off, find a dead big 2 point mule deer in a 3 point min area, too bad I hate seeing any animal wasted, I checked for rigor and it was there so didn't know if it had happened early that day or the day before, no"bites" out of the deer yet, lots of fur on the ground from the eagles though, bit of a bad smell to go with the deer.  Hated seeing that, the eagles were neat though, two big goldens and they weren't going to let it go to waste, they didn't go far and were watching for me to leave.
