Vancouver Lake?

Anyone been hunting Vancouver Lake area this season? I have avoided it because of all the people that are typically there but our area is going cold and I'm looking for some other options. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I would head to S.I. or head further down river.

I look over the lake everyday on my drive to work to see if there are any rafts of birds out there yet and still see nothing. We need some more cold weather to push them down.

I remember hunting the lake before the dredged it in 1980. There used to big blinds you could drive your boat into to hunt out of it. It used to be a fairly decent shoot.
