I got some pics of my montana deer this year,  Taxi just sent them,  Thought you would like to see.  This is how it was when i shot it.  I had thought it grew out that way. lol

NO  thats how the deer was when i shot it.  I thought it grew out that way.  The taxi and i think it was a fight.  It must have just happened.

That deer had to have been in a lot of pain. I'm glad you were there to put him out of his misery.

He was acting Normal.  my stalk and approach with serveral times watching him took about 35 mins.  He was with alll the does. lol.  He had 7 with him

95% chance it would have healed, I have a friend that has an elk ckull plate like that, it is just a big old thing of bone now, looks like the plate had been broken twice

so if that had healed, and he grew his horn out to the side like that next year, how would he be scored? we he score with a huge spread, but not be book eligible?
