Coffee crusted venison

Don't have a recipe, just took some fresh ground coffee and mixed it in a bowl with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to taste, I guess.  Dredged the venison cutletts in in and seared each side on med/high heat in a pan greased up with butter.  It was good and added a different twist to cooking venison.

Never heard of that before. That sure does add a meaning to breakfast steak  :chuckle:
