Santa on Trailcam!
« on: December 25, 2010, 10:36:35 AM »
So my little guy wanted me to set up the trailcam to get a picture of Santa.  Got a few closeup blurry ones of a fuzzy hat or something and this one.  At least the dog got to meet the big red guy, but the dog's not talking.   :chuckle:

Wish that trigger speed was a little faster.

Yea as with most of the cams the trigger speed is slow, thus you have to be sure to point the cams up or down the trail or have somehing to keep their intrest up. Well good to see Santa is still alive!!

Every year I get dressed up as Santa, and right after the little guy (he's 3) goes to bed, I stomp around on the porch so he can hear me.  Mommy goes and gets him out of bed, and they sneak into the hallway and catch a glimpse of Santa putting presents under the tree.   I used to do it for PathfinderJR when he was little too (until he was about 8).
The last couple of years PathfinderJR (he's 11 now) has dressed up as my "elf" and handed me gifts out of my sack.  We are going to have to cut that part of the program next year though, he's getting too tall to qualify as an elf.  Little brother mentioned something about the elf being "big, like Justin" this year.... :chuckle:
