Yes...turkeys will answer in the snow......spring time in the snow, is spring time in the snow......thats like asking if you would hump in the snow versus humping any other time of the year.....NOPE, im thinking in the snow should be fine....

As long as you can find turkeys, they are horny and wanting to make babies.....lol... :chuckle:....oh yeah, Giggadie-Giggadie...

After looking at the weather forecast I'm sleeping in.  I've been out the last 3 mornings and they are definitely behind compared to how they are usually talking this time of yr where we are hunting, still henned up.  Can't imagine it will get any better with this weekends forecast.  I could be wrong.

you know it buddy........

No, hunting in the snow, is OK.....First find your turkeys. if you cant find them, then you are screwed.
the nly way to hunt hened up turkeys in the snow is to find them first. ....once you dso that and you start callling and cant find them, then change location. Change 90 degree from the turkey from where you were last at and then wait 30 minutes and call again.......change up again about 180(to the other sde of the turkeys, call again, try different calls.....)
.......

if that doesnt work, wait an hour and call again, use hen calls, over a gobbler call. you want to seperate the turlkeys, not scare them together so remember to give good breaks between calling to allow the turkeys to forget about you and calm down....

turkeys are smart, but you can sneak up on them, if you have adicuit coverage, and you are dead silent.......remember to change locations and switcch up calls.....

The birds we found had a core area they hung out in.  South to SouthEast facing slopes.  Big groups, lots of strutting, gobbles at first light and around 0900.
