great pics thanks for sharing i would love to do trapping like that one day to me  it seems like a lengthy chess match with the target.!!  love it!

Out on my line yesterday, I had to dig my sets out so they could be active again. We got about 30" snow in 24 hours and hold around 28 degrees, way to warm. 150 miles south its 42 degrees. Got my jeep good and stuck at one point, there are 33" on it and snow was coming up onto the hood at one point, and that was just on the flats. I saw a moose in a ditch that was only visible by its head. the snow was over her back. Looked like she was swimming.
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

I dropped her off at my classroom tonight to see if my students notice her tomorrow. I skinned a couple muskrats out today in Anatomy, kids thought that was cool.
