busy weekend
« on: January 03, 2011, 04:52:52 PM »
Meet up with fellow member Davo and took him out to my rabbit holes to run our begales.Friday was the first day we meet up went out and hunted all day and it was a little chilly in the Yakima valley but we still had some success we were able to bag eight rabbits and davo got his first quail. Saturday we meet up with one of my buddies and went to try and get Davo his first rooster got to the secret spot and went for a walk and ol' Davo made a excellent shot on a bird and we ended up with two more out of the field. Then we went out to the old rabbit holes and got another eight rabbits and seen a lot more. It was a great time and it was nice meeting and becoming friends with such a great guy.

The beagles are great as family pets seems like the older they get the more they just lay around. But don't expect them to be waiting for your every comand like a lab or such.Beagles are independent but can be your best friend

I had an absolute blast.  It was so fun to see all the dogs working the rabbits so well.  Great group of guys to hunt and hang out with down there, thanks again beagledog I learned a ton from ya.  I can't wait to run all the pups again soon and talk about chasing some bears this summer.
