SW oregon spring bear
« on: January 16, 2011, 10:50:22 AM »
I just picked up a spring bear tag for sw oregon. Just curious if anyone has any info on this area. I plan on hunting down near the rouge river in ealy may. Anything as far as weather I can expect or what i should hold out for would be alot of help. Thanks

Is the rogue unit open to you?  If so, I have a few areas down there to hunt.  I used to go to SOU and hunted down there quite a bit.  PM me if it's open.

The tag I bought is not open in the rougue unit. It is good south and west of Eugene, I-5 is the border all the way to CA and , back up the coast to hwy 126 then back to Eugene. I have never been there so anything would help. Thanks deadyote
