tags for doing your harvest report
« on: April 21, 2008, 09:11:09 PM »
talked to the wdfw a couple of weeks ago in regaurds to the incentive permits for doing  your harvest reports.  They said the drawing would be april 15 .  Of course they could not tell me where they would be posted.   They just said you would be notified if you were drawn.  HMMMMMMMMMM  any one hear anything from our great game department?????

I think I read an article in the little paper you can pick up at the door at sportsmans warehouse about a guy that got the elk tag I think it was a few years ago though. I have not seen it listed anywhere or any other stories about it, just that one time !!

I think they should start posting the winners of all these secret tags so we all know they happened. Not that it would really mean anything , I guess they could make up a name.

I agree.  Its funny how they told me they draw them on the 15th.  then tell me that they dont know where they are posted.   But dont worry my little snow flurry you will be notified if you get drawn.    Just post the dammmm thing how hard could it be.

I think that they owe it to us hunters to post our results on this too. I can't see them advertising that you will go into a drawing if you do such and such on time and then not telling everyone who was eligable the results. It's B.S.! Pull your heads out WDFW and give us the truth. Post those results for all to see.

My uncle drew the Elk tag two years ago after turning in his harvest report within 10 days the year before.  Unfortunately he is a quadrapledic is it was very difficult to fill the tag.  Anyway.....the tags DO exist!
