Minnesota state Bird. This one I call Kissing Loons

I have been photographing these Loons for 4 years now and some time they like to show off. It took over 400 photographs to get these loons lined up and a hold day.  :) :) :) :)

Stunning bird and great catch.  I've only seen or heard these birds a few times in the wild.  I love the sound of them.

Nice catch, I like the gleam in the eyes.  What kind of glass are you shooting with?

I use a Canon zoom lens EF 70x300 mm 1:4-5.6 is USM Image Stabilizer ultrasonic

Yeah, the Canon boys outnumber the Nikon guys.  Must mean its better glass. :)
